Vienna Hawkins is a Melbourne-based brand and identity designer. Her career has spanned New Zealand, London and Australia, with nearly two decades of experience across agency, in-house and independent practice.

I work with growing organisations on brand direction and identity, helping them get the thinking right before design begins.

Much of my early career in London was spent in exhibition and interpretation design, working with the Natural History Museum London, London Transport Museum, National Trust and the British Library. That work taught me that brand direction isn't just what you say. It's how narrative, environment and visual language work together to create something coherent. It's a perspective I bring to every engagement.

After nearly a decade in London I relocated to Melbourne, working as Design Director at Origin Energy before establishing an independent practice. I've operated across agency, in-house and consultancy environments, which means I understand how brand decisions get made and how they need to land.

Design should reflect clear decisions, not replace them.
